Thorpe & Co Living is part of the Thorpe & Co Property Group. In 1996, David Thorpe bought his first residential investment property, a student house in Salford, The property was bought to help provide financial security for his family.
David went on to build a substantial portfolio and what started as a passive investment, became a full-time occupation. Unhappy with the standard of Lettings and Management he received he decided to bring it in house so his tenants could benefit from an improved service.
As the business grew and we began to act for other investors the in-house service flourished into a stand alone Lettings and Property Management agency looking after the requirement of many landlords and hundreds of tenants who all receive the same high quality service.
