Thorpe & Co are my estate agents and they are absolutely brilliant!. Lyn & Emily are so helpful. Any jobs that need doing are done very quickly. The house I have is upto an amazing standard I have viewed many properties before finding my gem and I could not believe the low standards. Then came across my house and it is a palace in comparisson!. Cleaned immaculately and fresh paint I needed to do nothing but move in!. I rented a one-bedroom flat with Thorpe&Co for 2 years. I have to say I admire the meticulous management of the property. Everything is run through a system and Lyn attentively takes care of all the details and maintenance for the building and flats. Lyn and David are both extremely helpful, and great people to know in general. During the lockdown, David was asking about tenants personally to make sure everyone was staying well and safe within the COVID situation, which I found extremely thoughtful. N Heysham
